Very bad company with very bad service. We have ordered electric roman blinds from Luxaflex. People never start this because they just can't be hanged. Due to the widening of the cassette of the electrical part, you cannot click it properly into the clamps. It is just a worthless system and do not think that Window Covering Netherlands will help you properly. We have paid over 3,000 euros for a worthless electrical system. Luxaflex also always refers us to Window Coverings that do not react. Luxaflex doesn't seem to care either. People never buy from this company because you take your money and if it is not good they are not at home!

Pleasant shop with plenty of options and well served by the staff. The supplied wooden blinds hang and fit nicely - very satisfied!

Bad customer service! Not available by phone. So it is requested to send an email. Too bad, but no response for 1.5 weeks. Money back gentlemen / ladies. Then I order it elsewhere .. I understand you are busy. Then you have to advertise less and focus on sales. Because the advertisements keep flying around my ears. Please contact us asap about how I can get my money back.

You are being fooled here. A custom made insect screen ordered which turned out to be bent upon delivery due to transport or production. Called and a week later, he was picked up for checking. Still no response after 2.5 weeks, so I called the screen of the screen. I would be called back, but after several days and multiple calls still no response. Finally, after 5 WEEKS, we received a modified screen, which WEATHER does not fit. I'll tape it myself, no worries. I'm not going to wait another 5 weeks for a screen with this heat and flying! Terrible what a bad service. And no, this is not an error by me with measuring and wrong size, since they have been here to measure things up.
