Talked to Paul about atm chip tuning since my car was already chipped on stage 2 there in the past Now I wanted to go to stage 3 and had all the stuff for that at home, so I called for an appointment It was not very busy so I could have the stuff assembled in the garage and then call back for an appointment (that was agreed verbally) Ah fine, everything placed on the car and due to all the adjustments, the car now drives much too poor and must be taken to a tuner asap with all caution. in mid-november I called back to Paul from atm for an appointment Not being able to get hold of the best man until Dec 1 and no one else who could help me quickly as this has been agreed with Paul Today December 3 I am told that I will not be able to go until January 6 Once but never again A T M !!!!

NOT GOOD, MONEY AWAY WARRANTY The chipping of our car took longer than the agreed 1.5 hours, namely 3 hours. Unfortunately after a few days no difference to notice and contacted ATM about this. The website describes a "Money back within 10 days" guarantee. At first they only wanted to repay half. We did not agree with this. Eventually ended up with an 80% refund and 20% discount on a subsequent tuning. However, we no longer want to have this company tuned and therefore want to waive the discount. ATM does not understand this and are talking about the costs of the roller bank. However, no agreement has been reached on the use of the roller bench. We have engaged the Consumers' Association and hope for full reimbursement.

2nd car I brought there. In the past, an Opel Astra Eco from 100 to 172.1 hp. That is why I went again in 2017, but now with my (then) new Opel Corsa 1.0 turbo from 2017. I was told this car was a difficult story to tune in and I would be called if one could change this configuration. I kept calling every six months but kept getting the same message, although it was indicated on the site that this car could be tuned. However, the persistent wins and the corsa was tuned in early 2020. Because the aforementioned Astra got a higher power than promised on the site, I came expectantly with my Corsa. 130hp had been promised (coming from 90hp), but this was stuck at 120.6hp (this would be adjusted on the site, but has not happened 3 weeks later). This in itself was something of a disappointment, but fair is fair, the car drives fantastic and the power gain of 30 hp is a great result in terms of handling and experience. The torque of 215NM is also a great increase (from 170NM) and really brings the Corsa eco to life! Keep in mind, however, that some tunings can last a whole day (for me this was the case both times!) And the 1½-3 hours is not realistic. In short, 4 stars because the end product is ultimately satisfactory, but in terms of service and provision of information there is still a lot to gain from this good company!
