Last week bought a nice used Opel Ampera here. The deal was quickly closed upon arrival and while enjoying a cup of coffee. A week later picked up the car. This one was neatly polished, waiting inside for delivery. A nice delivery gift completed the picture. Also the seller, because of privacy will not call him by name, was really very friendly and did not make you feel rushed to make a decision. That's another way to do it. A few days after the delivery, he called to ask how the car was like. Service with a capital S! Even though this Opel dealer is not around the corner for me. I liked to drive a bit for it.

Since the takeover of Zam by H&H, telephone accessibility has become bizarrely poor. I have regularly received incorrect information from the operator about the progress of a service. The garage itself, especially Auke and Frans and the team of technicians make up for everything. It is a nice village garage where the personal service (if you do not call them by phone) is still very good.

* low trade-in prices, whining about every normal user mark on the car, right up to the profile depth of the tire. * Compared to other Opel as well as other brand dealers very pricey in price, often excluding Bovag warranty. Other companies are often cheaper than the bare price with bovag guarantee. * in general a fair amount of damage (rims, etc.) / excessive stone chips on the cars, given the age and mileage. Of course, a discount in the price is virtually impossible, even without trade-in. Look and compare, for example via bovag or autoweld, before you buy a car here
