Although I was pretty disappointed and shocked by my phone bill (it later turned out that Vodafone had saved up 2 months worth of bills), which I let them know in quite the whiny voice, none of it was actually any of their fault. All their info had been factual, in the long run it has become apparent that they gave me the best deal on offer and I'm very pleased with both reception (travelling through some badly covered places) and costs. They will go out of their way to solve any tech issues with your phone. Excellent service. If in 2 years time I'm in the Netherlands, I'll be renewing with them.

What a good service these employees provide, even in these Corona times! A regular customer for years and they know how to surprise me again and again with their technical knowledge, service orientation, friendliness and speed!
