Super experience with this two-wheeler specialist! Rented two mountain bikes during our holiday. It was easy via the website, it is after all 2020. Unfortunately, I had not been on the road for an hour when I received a phone call and my partner informed us that our daughter was not doing well. So I had to abort our mountain bike day and go straight back to the campsite. Despite the fact that it was of course difficult or impossible for Paul de Kruif to rent the bike to someone else that day, I got (unsolicited) the full rental amount back and for my daughter we also received a get well card from the entire Paul de Kruif team ! Where do you still see this service? Unfortunately we had to abort the entire holiday so that our daughter can continue to recover at home. I still have to finish the mountain bike route, so I will definitely come back to the Utrechtse Heuvelrug and to Paul de Kruif!

Super case. Friendly. Also think along if you are in a hurry. Customer oriented. Been there 20 times - bought bicycles, got bicycles repaired, bought parts. And yes, sometimes something went wrong, but was immediately super resolved. I absolutely do not recognize myself in an oversimplified review like that of FaZeRemixerr ...

Rented mountain bikes for a day. Very kind! Good advice about the (beautiful) route. Including vignette and helmet. Very satisfied!

Last week I was at the Lis Hartel riding school in Doorn with a flat rear tire of my cargo bike. Together with son and over 6 months pregnant. After 1 call he was there within 10 minutes. and my bike neatly made Monday. And a fantastic 5 star VIP service. Super happy and grateful with this bicycle repair shop!
