Yesterday I visited you at the end of the afternoon to fit a watch for my 21st birthday. We were helped quickly, but the employee was very distant and not very interested in me and my parents. When purchasing such an expensive gift, you do expect a little more interest and customer-friendliness.

Yesterday morning surprised with a gift including handwritten message as a saving grace. Super neat!
When selecting wedding rings this was the 1st jeweler we entered, but we left with a bad taste in our mouth. The woman who helped us was not helpful and very passive. Rings were put in front of us, without explaining the possibilities, as if we were wasting her time. In a remark that the intention is that they should last a long time, the lady indicated that that is the question nowadays.
After this I visited other jewelers. Immediately afterwards I was offered a cup of coffee with an extensive explanation of the possibilities, and with a proactive attitude. So apparently it can be done differently.
