Invited by Jumelle to bring the wedding rings for service, cleaning and polishing. Indicated that the rim on top came off at my husband's wedding ring. Fixing this again would cost € 50. I did not agree with this. The rings were made by Jumelle to our design, the ring on my ring released within 2 years and this was reattached as a service. Now let it go with my husband, they were expensive rings, I think this should not and should also be part of his ring service. Agreed that I would be called if it would cost money. There was no call, so I assumed the ring was made and this was under service. Unfortunately, there was an invoice of € 66, and that while I had clearly indicated in advance that I did not agree with a repair for which I would have to pay and that I had not been phoned as agreed. That's our mistake Jumelle said, but whether or not to call you should pay. The ring is now more than 5 years old and is no longer under service, this was according to their normal wear. Jumelle wanted to drop to the indicated € 50, but that had to be paid by me. We think this is a bad service, since the edge came off at both rings, it seems rather that it was not soldered properly.
