Felt very well treated when looking for and eventually buying a watch. High expertise and good service.

20/10/2018 I had to replace the bracelet of my watch. After the ordered new bracelet appeared to be too short (not the fault of Punte), Punte has free of charge lengthen the bracelet by ordering extra pieces. 18/10/2019 The chronometer indicator keeps running and cannot be stopped. After receiving the watch Tissot says a complete revision is needed (195€) but I renounce. Punte replaces the battery for free and the watch works again.

Little shop. Not many options. A good place to get your watch batteries changed in Utrecht.

A beautiful store with so many choices in jewelry, staff is very helpful but better make a meeting beforehand if u're looking for rings etc. so you have people to dedicate time only to you.
