The dishes are good, beautifully presented and the service is good
The bistoria is a nice concept with surprising and tasty dishes. The service is friendly, and the price is right. Recommended.
Not even ready to eat. Simply because the reservation was canceled the day before, without consultation. I had booked and confirmed 12 days earlier.
When I got home today, a voicemail message appeared to be closed that day, but not again, because another part of the hospitality industry is open. But then we had to pay more.
Why could I reserve online?
Why didn't I get a decent email or phone call a week ago? Or a direct response to my reservation?
The staff has not taken the trouble to keep their system and administration in order, to take customers seriously or simply to professionally solve these kinds of things (serve at the agreed price and arrangement in the other catering section).
That is why I was forced to look for a decent alternative for the next day, while the invitations had long since left home and transportation arrangements for guests had already been arranged.
Little professional restaurant. How good the food might be, I am not going to want to know (anymore). Unfortunately.
Nice (large) restaurant. Special card: 2 parts smaller dishes and main meal. Was not even busy but part of our party (the main meal) did not receive their meal until the others had finished their second course, so it took a long time before the seven of us had finished. Quality is fine.
Good food, but you miss cordiality and the pace of serving is very low.
