last week i passed by with my broken ebike. I had bought this bike elsewhere but that was no problem I was told on the phone. upon arrival, the gentlemen were hard at work cleaning the shop and workshop. i was received by friendly and good humored staff. the same day I received a neat text message that my bike had been repaired. I am very satisfied with this good old fashioned service. gentlemen keep it up. juliie have a regular customer. mvg dirk

last sunday bike rental at bike total pater in leersum. we really enjoyed the great 29inc bikes. what a great route you can drive there. super resolved that we can also rent bicycles here on Sundays. we will come back for sure. see you soon

After I bought a second-hand electric bicycle, the charger of the battery turned out not to work properly. They solved this very nicely for me and refunded a new charger. Really super customer-friendly and good service. I would recommend this party!

What a deception to rent bicycles at this shop .. We do not recommend it to anyone. With a group of 7 men, we rented 6 bicycles with gears + 1 electric bicycle weeks in advance. The bicycles were not ready on the collection day and this still had to be arranged. We did not get a charger for the electric bicycle, "because it would easily reach 100 km". On the road, in normal use, however, the battery was already empty after 55 km. The other bicycles turned out to be not second hand but third hand barrels of different brands. Before we left, we had to report various defects ourselves to have them repaired, such as a bicycle chain that was not properly adjusted, a front wheel was loose, a front brake did not work, the tires were not inflated. On the way, the other defects came to light: malfunctioning bicycle bells, a front brake that got stuck, an uncomfortably sitting saddle, over which a plastic cover was attached, turned out to be worn. And also a worn saddle clamp, which made the saddle loose. A stop at a bike shop to have this fixed did not solve the problem. It was the first and the last time that we rented bicycles at Bike Totaal Pater.
