I would like more information about purchasing a Softub. It was answered immediately and time was made for me! The questions were answered neatly but also honestly. I am very satisfied with this company and will recommend it to everyone.

Last summer we went to buy a jacuzzi. After a search we came across Wim by chance and told us about the soft tub. We had never heard of it. Wim's story really appealed to us. Soft tub, energy efficient, requires much less water than in a standard jacuzzi. No extra power flow needed (just plug in). Very soft seating comfort, makes very little noise and easy to move. We were convinced and proceeded to purchase. We enjoy our soft tub every day. After some minor bugs that have been properly resolved, we can only say one thing… .we should have bought a soft tub years earlier. So nice and so relaxed.

I ended up at Softub through my uncle. After a lot of email contact, even during Christmas, we made an appointment with Wim Verheul without obligation. Once arrived and viewed, we were sold. We are in possession of a Resort and it pleases in one word TOP !! I was a bit skeptical about the energy consumption but it is 100% not too bad. There are so many options in the field of colors so that you can change liner over the years. This gives you the feeling that you are stepping into a new bath every time. I had some difficulty starting the bath because of general Wim & René called and I was helped within 24 hours, top service !! Are you looking for an energy-efficient bath, then I really recommend a Softub !! Wim and René, thank you!

Softub purchased in Jan ‘16 with wooden casing at a fair where Softub was located. Problems with the engine in the first year. Softub immediately took action and then provided excellent service. We are now 4.5 years later and the “hardwood” conversion is rotting. Several legs have already completely rotted away, with the result that the housing no longer stands. Sent various emails to Softub that you could enjoy a 1900 euro conversion for a little longer than 4.5 years. Several reminders sent, but Softub shrouds itself in silence. Advice: don't buy an expensive one, make one yourself.
