I got an e-mail from a collection agency today asking for payment of TNT services plus another 364 Euros for interest and such. TNT Express has still not delivered all of the goods. A driver showed up with 62 boxes for us and we were told that the 63rd and last box would arrive the next day. This never happened and TNT also has made no effort to solve this situation and their solution was to simply pass the bill to a collection agency while ignoring the fact that they have not completed the delivery. I would suggest you avoid this company and their ruthless practices. I'm imagining their employees simply stealing things and then taking them home - I am still wondering where that last box went and have received no explanation.

Worst logistic service provider ever. The staff took it for granted when they made a mistake. It seems that they had so many miscommunications among their internal processes. They shipped my package on the wrong date and blamed me for not being at home and did not show up on the agreed date. Finally shipped 2 items out of 5 and asked me to check the status of other 3.

I am waiting my parcel since 7 days and the reschedule system doesn't work. Calling them or writing email is useless if they tell me that they deliver the next day they don't or they don't respect my willing to deliver to the neighbors if I am not at home. Very disappointed!!!

Not bad to say. No toilet check-in narrow as a bottleneck. Unloaded quickly. True, they do not know how to fill out documents. Check it out. I was given documents not from my download. Well, otherwise not bad

Very bad service 120 € for express shipment and nothing on dates not respected, people on the phone who say anything no commitment and a tracking tool with vague, inaccurate information "Shipping delayed during transit Corrective measures in progress TNT Swiss Post is working to resolve this issue and will contact you shortly if needed. "No news same message for days after the promised date !!! None, not pro, not nice nothing ...
