Beautiful spacious pitches. Beautiful sanitary facilities. Too bad it is on a road hindered by traffic. No clear line visible. Communication owner below average. As small children we were made aware of the time of leaving the campsite. At 11 pm, guests of the campsite had to leave the site. There were threats that we were no longer allowed to leave the campsite. (Our car was neatly in front of the parking lot) By god's grace we were allowed to leave the campsite Rules are rules, but this rule was neither known to us nor visible. We were not listened to. The owner and husband had a communication as if they were punishing a bunch of small children. Dealing with adult people is giving each other space and listening to each other Unfortunately ... But we CHOOSE the hazepad.

What a wonderful campsite. Beautiful large pitches with a view of the fields with beautiful cows👍🏼. Super friendly owners (Roelie and Harry). Clean sanitary facilities (really nice too). Tea house where you can have a drink and a snack. But especially for me, delicious special beers, delicious. From the campsite you are in the heart of Meppel in 10 minutes top👍🏼. Convenient location in relation to Meppel and a swimming lake. The campsite has only been open since July 1 and therefore some things that the owners experience or do for the first time. It was no problem for us to understand this. We found the owners to be friendly and benevolent. You can indeed hear the road clearly. We have not experienced this as problematic. A great small campsite with beautiful spacious pitches and a tea house.

Spend more than 2 weeks on this beautiful and wide campsite. Excellent sanitary facilities and hospitable and helpful owners. Nice coffee, tea and ice cream available in the Theehuus. Wonderful environment for cycling and walking. You get used to the traffic of the N-road and by means of a cycling and walking path, located next to the campsite, you are in nature within a few minutes and you can hear the crickets.
