The restaurant in particular is large but certainly not good, we left crying yesterday, people change dishes because too much is thrown away but does not adjust the price, food is not cooked, regularly cold when it must be hot and far from being tasty, complaints become not well picked up, staff turnover is large and it becomes impersonal again, it seems that people rely on the big toucan for customers, but unfortunately I have to say that a big bow around it is currently the only good one, quality and food safety are certainly not in order, maybe Gordon Ramsey can fix it, hence the advice if you want to falcon, then to Enschede or Sneek, but certainly not swollen! This review is not just once, but after at least eight times in three months, really a shame !!

Fantastic food. Very helpful service. Especially the Live Cooking was fun!
