Neat, fast and personally helped with renting a home! After delivery and key transfer, a defect in the home was resolved within a day. Also nice that there is a possibility to have maintenance carried out as desired.

Organize a tenants meeting almost a year ago in the Trefkoele in Dalfsen. You wear all sorts of points that were written down, but up to now no feedback on it. You send a neat mail with a complaint, but it ships with a half-baked answer. Because they simply do not read well what it says.

Bad unfriendly service. Repair requests can be called several times, after six months nothing has happened, after several requests. They make no excuses and pretend the fault is with the landlord. Which is not so! You make an appointment with date and time. The mechanic does not show up or shows up on a completely different day and at a different time. Then When maintenance is carried out on the house, personal belongings are destroyed. And they are going to be very difficult about compensating the damage made. The drains of the houses are also bad, every six months it hits. The kit edges in the bathroom are not properly maintained, causing leakage several times. The cost of repainting everything will then not be reimbursed. In short, not recommended!
