Has the company perhaps stopped? No longer reachable by phone, no reply to emails. After the last telephone contact, no more response to my simple request for an invoice.

Amazer webshop is a completely disorganized company. There is absolutely no follow-up of your order that you have to pay immediately. Ordered product was not delivered after 5 months, while the product on their website is still available as delivery within 5 to 7 working days. Had contact several times, but the product was apparently not available. Subsequently investigated by the manufacturer in Germany and the product was indeed available. In fact, it had been on offer in large numbers at various hardware stores and even the Lidl in Germany at a significantly lower price. I had contact with Amazer again and initially all kinds of detours were taken. I then formally gave them notice of default, after which it can suddenly be delivered via another company. And they had also refunded my payment to my credit card ...... This company took me a long time and I still regret that I ever ordered anything there. Now want to be paid and I understand that, but it has not been 5 months since the cabinet was delivered ...

Delivery times differ from what is indicated on the website. Delivery arrives late without being informed.
