Fit in (and out!). Cozy pregnant / mommy fit sports group and had good guidance with complaints after delivery.
Very nice to exercise with Hendrina during your pregnancy and after delivery. A lot of knowledge about the pregnant and recovering body and a nice personal guidance.
Highly recommended! Very flexible, personal contact is paramount and an all-round good physiotherapist.
