The next day I had to go to Italy with my wife and dog with 30 degrees. Autopalace did not want to reimburse anything, not even any costs they might incur. Maybe I wasn't nice or too direct. At that time Auto Palace could not be reached by phone during office hours, not even after 6 calls. Only the operator ....
