Bought Opel Corsa. The first conversation on the phone was very calm, no stress or panic. Exactly how it should be. Made an appointment for watching .... once present, not immediately diving on top of the prey like a hyena, but let the customer watch ... look ... and look again. After a short chat, the test drive followed. When you return, look more and then go home. Once called home again, negotiated the last things and finalized the sale. Picked up a few days later, welcome with coffee / tea. Everything again very relaxed and to top it all off also a flower for the woman.! And that for a car of 12 years old ... you don't see that often. Very satisfied. 👌🏻
