VBO accountancy guided me particularly well during the start-up of my company Holland Elektra installation technology. I am based in Amsterdam, the busy west of the country with sober support from the east. It is always a relief when I have been to a meeting at the office in Kampen, and my vision for the future is again streamlined with hard figures. For some time now I have also been using the Vision Planner service provided, which visualises my figures so that as a layman I can easily understand my figures and convert them into action. I have now reached the point where I can make monthly adjustments and really feel like a captain on my own ship. VBO accountancy is a point of rest and a rock in the surf for me. We have been doing business with VBO accountancy for more than 10 years, they take care of the accounting and salary processing of our BVs. Through monthly reports we can quickly switch to movements in the market and the company, in addition, they are a good sparring partner in the field of expansion & vision for the future. We experience FEB as a very involved and professional party.

Don't do business with them! Very open conversation on the first day, even after that they can quickly help you with an account and a solid one. Then it stops quickly. They cannot submit annual figures on the basis of your entered bookings (invoices in exact). In the end I had to pay 1200 euros for a financial year and what has been submitted was not correct. I had a new accountant take a look and got another 2500 euros back. Because I did not agree with the settlement, I initially did not want to pay. Whereupon they engage a debt collection agency. I indicated that I did not want to pay for something that was not delivered. You'd just go to the garage for your car tire and they'll eventually send a bill for a major overhaul and oil change (didn't you ask for it) Yet they force you to pay the bill. To top it all off, the collection agency will charge you another 360 euros because you have to explain to them why you do not agree with the claim (they will investigate, at your expense afterwards) #Straetus Kampen debtor management & collection
