Usually the drivers of the taxi vans drive very carefully! Apparently this morning a driver was in a hurry in the direction of the Stroomdal primary school in Kampen. Where all children cycle and where I teach my daughter to cycle safely to school, this time honked loudly because the driver in question was in a hurry ... he could also have quietly passed us!
Now my daughter flew to the sidewalk in shock and there was absolutely no safe situation! Dear drivers: please deliberately drive past children ... rather crying too late at a customer than crying under a van with a child ...
I am ANGRY, I had a drive back yesterday. booked at 17.00, there have been 3 taxis not for me, 1 woman, 2 men.I had to come home myself.I was only home at 18.45 and had an accident cost € 20. I'm not going to pay for that ride. It is not the first time. I hope it will change. But I STANDED OUT of the action ... from 16! 45 "

I wanted to book a taxi for to Schiphol. The website asks for the desired departure time (!). I then assume that this is the departure time of my house, but this appears to be the arrival time (!) At Schiphol. Asking whether this time can be adjusted will be completely ignored. They can also do this because they request payment in advance. I will never use this service again and therefore I do not recommend it to anyone!
Unfortunately, at Connexxion they are not so careful with correctly filling in the list where the clients to be picked up are listed.
Collection for day care often goes wrong.
Client is then not on the list 😧😠
Hope it is handled more carefully.
