Right from the selection of car on the website to the point where i purchased and took care keys, everything was brilliant. The choice, price, transparency, service, quality of car and delivery; everything was perfect.Would highly recommend CarNext and is the obvious choice to come back for me in future (when i think about another car!!)
Great service
Purchased car online at carnexxt. On the first day already hassle with tire pressure sensor and wipers that were worn out. I thought the car was checked on more than 100 points. I immediately reported and initially resolved myself at the dealer in the area. (small electric car with not too long range, driving to carnexxt is a hassle / challenge) Now this still appears to be a problem and when you call you are put away as if you are a moron. Tire pressure is not covered by warranty blah blah blah and that the car has been checked before delivery. I say thank you for the lesson!
Good thing! Is neatly helped and addressed neatly.
Carnext has developed a good concept where the price is absolutely fixed, but you get a standard half-year warranty on the car! (whole car, so not just engine and box)
I (unfortunately) had to claim this, but this was arranged quickly and neatly. The advantage is also that you can go to a local (Bosch Service Point) garage and therefore do not have to go back for warranty to where the car was bought.
Especially Matthijs from Carnext is doing well, he remains calm and treats you nicely, he also gets things done (free new brakes while it would just pass the MOT).
Employee very unfriendly. Not customer oriented or willing to think along. It is better to pay a little more and be helped well than cheap and bad! Once and never again!
