Ordering from PetsTotaal is delivered in three (!) Partial deliveries on three different days by two different parcel services. A package is dropped at the neighbors, which I do not want, they are not a concierge service. I could have a package brought to a pick-up point and pick it up myself (better option), for the last package I have to arrange someone to wait a few hours in my house for delivery. Apparently a signature is suddenly required for this and I want to prevent people from dropping again at the neighbors. The first two boxes were poorly packaged. A box was open, both boxes were completely dented. Wait for the third delivery. This is worthless, making delivery more work than going to a store.
