Are not honoring their agreements

I thought I had bought a reliable Opel Agila but nothing could be further from the truth !! I contacted Facebook messenger several times about the engine making noise and so on and so on, but I did not receive a reply while the message had been read. At one point I heard a loud bang under the hood and the flames we saw coming from underneath !! Here I am now .... without a car, and if it might still be possible to repair, the costs are very high, more than the car is worth. I will definitely NOT buy my next car at this garage anymore ....... never again although I am not getting money yet !!! VERY DISAPPOINTED AND TOTALLY NO TRUST MORE AT THIS CAR DEALER !!! (There goes a large amount of what we have spent !!!)

I bought my Renault Megane 1.6 here and I was very well helped. The first time I came here and it turned out to be something with the heater engine and injector that was made free of charge. When I noticed a few weeks later that my engine management light went on and the car started to stutter, I was told in Groningen that it was probably a leaky valve. This turned out not to be the case when I went back to Autoprofijt since a broken ignition coil was the cause. Father and son also solved this for free. I am very satisfied with the service I received here. Recommended!

I would certainly not recommend this company. What a mess. Make repairs without consultation and without approval. If you as a customer think something about this and indicate that you do not want to do this, the son of the boss in particular will be difficult. Though it threatens to remove all parts, but at risk, the world is reversed. This company is far from being transparent. Not recommended. Addition 1 April 2019 This morning again visited this garage. Car runs cold poorly, this is since car Benefit my car has been inspected / repaired. Since this cost me € 950 last week, it seemed logical to me to put my question here. The son of the boss only wanted to check the car if I would remove the above review. This is blackmail and actually characteristic of the entire process of Profijt cars. I now also understand the name change from Alt cars to Profijt cars. I naturally did not agree with this. Now went to an authorized garage to repair the damage.

Reliable and good service, that's my experience with this company. A year ago we bought our first Jaguar from 1999 at Alt cars. Had a few minor defects in the first year, some of which are free of charge fixed. And then after a few days a message whether everything is working properly. The Jaguar is under maintenance by Alt and a few weeks ago MOT inspected, and can handle it for another year. I can recommend this company to everyone. And a Jaguar too, what a driving pleasure.
