I was treated nicely when buying a car. The sale lived up to expectations. And also afterwards, when a small defect occurred, it was neatly repaired with a new part. Big 10!

Yesterday bought with satisfaction our newer Mercedes E class from Gerrit. We arrived at the car and it was even more beautiful than in the ad! Nice company with an honest guy at the helm.

Very disappointing experiences with Gerrit. Kind of straightforward-but-now-not-because-I-don't-like-you. Children should have stayed at home, you are told. While their presence has been announced by telephone and not disputed. I wanted to trade in my 2006 C4 for a newer car. You first get some negative comments about the Citroën brand (unseen), while that car runs like a charm on LPG - despite 240K on the counter. As a seller you can simply answer: 'Sorry, unfortunately I am not interested in a Citroën'. If you then take a flexible attitude and agree to a € 1000 lower trade-in, you can still be told on the spot that the paint is insufficiently in condition (car of almost 14 years old) and that you have come for nothing. No adapted proposal or the like. No, that it is also your own fault, because you should have sent photos in advance (would have asked that). While the private car is offered with centimeter-wide scratches (4 pieces of more than 20 centimeters in length) on the doors, which you could not see on advertisement photos. Nasty surprises and worse: no problem-solving attitude. If you as a customer indicate that you would like to communicate by e-mail, it must be done by telephone. Promise to call back about planning APK in combination. purchase of a car is then again not fulfilled. Have the car inspected 2 weeks before the end date, at the same time that of my wife, 3 weeks before the end date. Wanted to know what we had to do, then immediately fix that and then have it canceled. We always do it that way. Are called after hours, both cars are rejected, but also quickly canceled. We are informed that the cars are no longer insured if something happens on the way. Kutbedrijf I think it is. Replace my car with another car now. That of my wife is now made by another company and again inspected for somewhere between 150 and 200 euros. I will NEVER let an apk do more at profile camps.

Car bought, Gerrit is a friendly salesman who fulfills his agreements. What you see is what you get, the coffee is always ready and the place is neat. My radio broke down the first week, I could come by without an appointment and within an hour I drove away again with music! 🎶 That's another service 👍🏻
