We will never come to Garage Erdem again. For the APK our car brought there. It started in the morning that the garage was open, but nobody was there. After 15 minutes someone finally came to us. Asked mr. If there could be a call before damage etc is repaired. We also needed the car again the next day. However, we had to call back ourselves if the car was ready, this was not the case. We also did not have to count on replacement transport. Eventually a day later the car picked up and a huge amount to pay for "mistakes" to the car, which is NOT discussed. You will be put in the box at Garage Erdem and you will have to pay as they do not submit and the "repairs" have already been carried out. Already we wonder if the repair was really necessary. In any case, we never come to Garage Erdem because we did not feel that the customer is king and that we are now feeling that we are being scammed.
