Excellent help!

After 7 years of buying cars and all maintenance at Henk. We bought a Renault Diesel from 2004 turbo 1.6 gray. € 1500 asking price. Henk had not checked the car because he had just received it from his niece. The car had MOT for 2 months. I was interested but I confidently ask if something is wrong? That he will help me. His answer was yes. I therefore confidently buy the car and traded in my good car. For € 1000, - I was allowed to take the diesel with me. After the transfer we had a New MOT by Henk put on it for € 750, - extra on top of the purchase price. When I went for a drive, it turned out that there was nothing wrong. When I was driving 110 km per hour that night, the engine malfunction light came on and the engine stopped. When I called Henk he indicated that I can always buy a new car from him but he does not give any warranty and cannot help. Later it turned out when I went to Van Winsum, so the Vakgarage 'research showed that there was a crack in the turbo itself (not in the hose) and an injector was broken. Wishbone was actually a rejection. The repair costs are more than € 1500, - We feel cheated and let down. The car was owned for 5 months and has now been on the scrapyard for a while. A trade garage advised us that the car was no longer worth the repair. Even after writing and emailing a registered letter, Henk does not respond. Regarding, again practicing the Policeman profession we do not find suitable for him. Never expected from Henk Holtland.

Peugeot bought with delivery of new MOT. When I drove to work the next morning. On the highway, the anti-roll bar, which was already bent, got stuck against my brake and wheel. Which caused me to get off the road and ended up on the shoulder. When I called Henk he stated that I just had peg and that this risk is part of it. Until today, Henk does not want to offer a solution and does not want to pay for anything. Costs for your own account.

Henk's service goes further than most garages is my experience. And I've had it for a number of years.

Beware!!! After years of doing reliable business with this man, this has turned into a fast money earner and unreliable car salesman. Be warned!!!
