Purchased a cooling compressor for my boat through George Kniest in Almere. Device shut down after a weekend despite being installed according to instruction included. Screwed out of my boat and brought back to the store. For 2 weeks now, the shop has been trying to return the item for repair, but Webasto does not return and does not provide the required numbers (RMA?). So that will be lukewarm beer in the autumn holidays because Webasto does not have its after sales in order ........ Update: Nicely resolved, thank you. I understand from Kniest that returning has been difficult for a long time. I think it is especially important for yourself but also for your clientele that the communication channels are regularly calibrated to avoid kinks in important cables. It's a shame that this only happens after negativity on google. I hope for improvement in the future and will add 2 stars.

severely disappointed in the (customer) service of this company, do not call back or very late, immediately talk about high call-out costs, certainly do not think along. You expect a different attitude for such a company. I see more of this kind of experience, apparently it is the norm.

Fast unloading but no info about the toilet and coffee machine.

After several calls with the "24/7" number of Webasto Charging and 15 minutes on hold, someone finally got it. Heavily disappointed in the customer service of this number. Today an employee finally spoke after 15 minutes, but the name 'opponent' would fit in earlier. The only thing you get to hear is that you can send an email and have to wait, because 'the people who go over it' can not be reached by phone. What does a company have a telephone customer service for? For the demonstration project towards our customers I definitely go for another supplier !!! Tip: If you ever want to consider purchasing a charging station, you should first look further, before trying it via Webasto.
