Just went to the hardware store to buy Bosch sander, but they only had the show model left, so the seller says "I have to order this, I will have it back in 2 days" but I need it now! So then you sell me that show model, right? No sir it doesn't work that way, then I can't sell it to others! But you don't have it in stock anyway and you have to order it right? So why can't I sell it to someone else? In general, a consumer goes to the hardware store to purchase something so that he can also use it immediately upon returning home ......... In addition, I spent a small capital at this hardware store in the past year to to refurbish the holiday home in Dalfsen! ....... How do I chase away regular customers ...... Well, among other things, to position yourself towards the customer ....... I will be there anyway not going back!

We wanted to have boards made to measure, but the machine was broken. we got a lot of advice how to fix it. respect for the staff
