10/10 would buy glasses again

I stopped by here for my first eye test, then sat in the chair for 45 minutes to an hour. After the eye test, the gentleman told me that it is really necessary for me to take glasses, I myself have the feeling that with a strength of +0.75 it is not too bad. It felt more like a sales pitch than getting really serious and good advice. Then I agreed to come back the following week to test a few monthly lenses. Mister gave me a jar of contact lenses and I could test this on my eyes. The jar turned out to be from January 2020, just a year past the date! Really ridiculous. I feel that they would rather sell here than give sincere and good advice to the customer.

After a fall my 11 month old glasses were broken, one leg finally snapped! Beyond repair. On Monday morning just after nine o'clock I was in the store asking what I could do ... half an hour later I was outside again more than satisfied! Since the frame was still in the collection, the glasses have been transferred to this new frame. I was offered this frame with a 75% discount! I was counting on a considerable cost but for a few tens and a new frame richer than expected I was well helped! Very big ten for Specsevers in Kampen!

The quality of the glasses is very disappointing to me. The service they provided also left something to be desired. The times I have entered specsavers camps it was as if something or someone had died, excuse my language. There is a strange atmosphere as if the staff should not be cheerful. Or that they see the customer as something otherworldly or something. I have never had this experience with specsavers before. (Not everyone will experience this, but this was my experience) The settlement with the health insurance also went badly. They only sent the bill to me 2 months later instead of arranging this with my insurer as they had promised. Also my address details were incorrectly communicated by specsavers camps to the collection agency. In short, they have made a mess. I am certainly no longer a fan of the location in camps.
