third time they return a broken watch. My Tag Heuer (new Euro 1250) was not properly waterproofed during a previous battery change, now Euro 400 damage. Do not offer a solution. Same with my son's watch, moisture in it, can be thrown away or repaired by them for a lot of money. Never again Zuijver for us!
Not very helpful saleswoman. If you want to have a name engraved with the letter y, it is not possible! Later a colleague told me by telephone that it is possible, but as a block letter. Never told or shown by the first saleswoman! Quickly to Lelystad, jeweler Visser, who could do it and helped us very quickly and well. That's another way of doing it.
Very nice helped by various employees. They give you time to choose, think along and look for solutions. Definitely recommended as a jeweler to buy something special. Or just for a repair.
Nice shop, friendly and helpful staff. Already passed jewelry for our daughter a number of times.
After a bad experience appreciated with just one star. Immediately afterwards I received a request from the owner to contact me by email to explain this. I did this immediately and very extensively. Then I get no response anymore, outrageous! The reason why I am not (yet) describing the bad experience here is that I want to give Mr Vonk the opportunity to respond.
In the meantime I had contact with Mr. Vonk, due to circumstances he could not respond quickly. The solution offered is fine and so of course I review my star rating!
