Unfortunately not a good experience with this webshop. It is an excellent box pusher, the delivery is very fast. But it is hoped that there is nothing wrong with your product. You will be sent to THEIR supplier (NRG fitness) with a defective product, where you will end up in the complaints mangle and can arrange everything yourself. After a lot of emails and phone calls from my side (because there was almost never a response, sometimes waiting 2 weeks for a response) - I had to take a morning off 4 times (spread over six months) to receive the technician from the supplier . Rhodes does nothing for you, you can find out for yourself. After this process of 7 months (!!!) my Spinningbike was finally picked up and then another 1.5 weeks (and after having to call and email again), I had to wait for a refund. So think carefully before ordering here.

Bought a Lazy Spa Vegas at Rhodes 3 years ago. Super quality. A wonderful entry-level model to investigate whether this is something for the longer term. We liked this so much that it was time for an “upgrade”. Hop on to Rhodes and we bought a jacuzzi Caldera Seychelles from the owner Bernhard. Super advised, absolutely no pressure to buy the most expensive jacuzzi, but a jacuzzi that suits you. The extensive showroom has enough jacuzzis to orient you properly. Tjakka, order! Short and reliable delivery time. Our jacuzzi had to be brought to the place in our wellness temple with a tap. This is organized in the total package of the delivery by Rhodes. The installation, installation, commissioning and advice went smoothly (thank you Gerben) The after sales service was perfect and very professional. Then of course the review of the jacuzzi. In one word, it exceeded all our wishes. Always at the right temperature, super jets, fantastic audio. And equipped with a wonderfully easy to operate cover. After an hour you come out reborn. The lighting and waterfall give an extra boost to a well-deserved relaxation experience. This Jacuzzi has exceeded all our expectations. If you are unsure whether you want to invest in this jacuzzi? Service request made via website. No response at all. Eventually now to Tunturi where service is not very important, unfortunately. Disappointing experience in terms of warranty and with the product (tunturi) which is sold as a quality product, too bad

Want to buy a spining bike but looking at all those reviews doesn't make me happy. I am interested in the horizon gr7 costs 1200.euro. Then I want to know who I'm dealing with. Think about skipping this one. And calling is not an option, they are always busy
