Great shop and nice team. I'm living in Germany, I contacted them by phone, and the organised the shipment of my Urban Arrow Raincover Plus in a few hours. Very satisfied with the product and with the service. Thanks again.

Avoid if you can. First of all, they say 3-5 working days delivery. But your bike will not be delivered until next week. Secondly, when they deliver your bike, they don't give you any frame number or details, so you can register your bike. Tried to call customer service, first call, they would send an email, after 2 hours no email, second call, i can't help you call again in 2 days time. I should have bought my bike in a shop rather than online. They are just not there yet!

Do not buy a bicycle here. Incredibly bad service. Bought a Spirit ladies bike in October 2019. In the following spring, after the development of rust and rattling parts, never had a response to multiple repair requests. And now just a year later, the bicycle has broken down so far. Unfortunately, Bikesland is not going to do anything about that because they are no longer a Spirit dealer. All in all 0 service. Service or maintenance does not exist here and you can just as easily buy a bicycle without warranty from any other online.

Picked up a bike for my daughter of 10 years old, sevice was good bike was neatly delivered as agreed. Less than a week later my daughter dropped the bicycle and broke a pedal, went to the store and asked if they had a pedal. Owner asked what had happened so I told the story and got a set of new pedals under warranty. So will just buy a bike here next time.
