It's located right through the front door of the train station. I walked right in and had about a five minute wait. The teller was helpful and exchanged my money in no time. It was a very quick & easy process.

By taking 12,5% fee this company keeps itself running. They will not tell you about this fee and just say it’s the exchange rate. For 500 euro’s thats over 60 euros of exchange costs excluding the additional 5 euro service costs. I’m not sure what is the best way to change currency but this is definitely a scam. I will not go to GWK again.

I come there on Saturday they are closed on Saturday and Sunday And in Google map is open on Saturday How should you exchange money if you have to work during the week

If I could have given 0 stars I would have done it. The website and their google company info is clearly open until 6 p.m. Arrive at 5.15 p.m. and see a letter on the door stating that they have 'adjusted times' and that they are now open until 5 p.m. Nice, I can now wait 30 minutes for my train and I have taken leave for free. And before you think, ah fine you're free ... the rest of the week I can work overtime because we perish in work. M.a.w. thanks GWK Travelex. Thank you for being so reliable.
