minicamping "de Polmate"

Beautiful little campground hidden away off the main road. Run by a very lovely guy, it feels like a home away from home. Electricity right at the pitches so you don't need extensions and the shower/toilet is clean and warm. Don't follow Google maps though, follow the signs!

Beautiful small and quiet SVR campsite. There are 8 caravan pitches and 2 tent pitches. An elongated field, the last part of which is an orchard with all kinds of different fruit trees. The pitches in the orchard therefore offer a lot of shade if necessary. Nicely manicured grounds. We were there in Corona time, the sanitary facilities were closed and I cannot say anything about that. Very friendly manager. What is a bit tricky is that you always have to ring his front door when you need him. That creates a barrier. It was better if there was a bell on the premises. The area is beautiful for cycling! And Deventer is very close.

Neat campsite, spotless and no showers. Unfortunately only 2 toilets (so 1 powder room and 1 men's room, I also have 2 toilets in my own house) and 2 sinks (for men and women) without any form of pricacy. The instructions are numerous and very clear!

Good, small-scale campsite. Nice reception by the owner. Provided us with information .. This campsite offers a good stopping place for travelers on bicycles.
