- Long wait (more than a month for APK + repairs!) - Failure to fulfill the promised loan car - Lying to Bosch Car Service head office about price proposition (indicated to them that he had given this to me, but this was a lie). - Much too high bill (counting too many garage hours, + second-hand belt with stains offered for 95 euros ... among others) Story: December 19 I came to Mr. H, Beumer for the APK. He indicated that he was busy and could only do the MOT in December and not the repairs. Let him do the MOT, and asked how much the repairs should cost. Mr. Beumer indicated that he found it difficult to estimate but reassured me that it was only a small inexpensive repair. Subsequently, Mr. Beumer indicated that he would have time around 6 January and that I could then get a loan car. When I called a day or two before, Mr. Beumer indicated that he didn't have a loaner after all, which meant that I had to delay the repair even longer. We made a new appointment (January 13, again with no loan car offer) and I asked Mr. Beumer for a price proposition. This proved again difficult for Mr. Beumer to estimate. Because I had good experiences at my previous Bosch Car Service Garage in Deventer (Autotess), which on closer inspection always went through all repairs and costs with me first !, and because it looked like a very small repair, I have the repair at hand make him do it (stupid), without the price proposition. Monday January 21, Mr Beumer finished the car. I asked him again how much the costs will be, he could not answer this again, you will receive the bill by post, he indicated, then it started to dawn on me ... and yes .... Monday January 28th I receive the mail and to my surprise a bill of E647.86 !! For a job that I previously estimated between 150 and 250 euros. Story made at Bosch Car Service head office who asked me to pay the bill immediately and at the same time take side of the garage owner. Then indicated that all I can do now is to write a negative review on the internet and also indicated that their guarantee of price proposition was a farce. Later I got the message that H. Beumer had said he had made a price proposition, which was a lie. Responded to this and made it even clearer that I will be writing a negative review. Eventually they came up with a discount of 165 euros .... Which brought the bill higher than expected to 250 euros higher than expected instead of 400 euros. I agreed with this. Now decided to write this review to warn others about this garage owner. I am going back to my old garage in Deventer.

Nice garage

I have been a customer here for years and have very good experiences with this company. Very helpful and they think along with you. Jos and his team always keep their agreements. Prices are quite acceptable. I can advise everyone to maintain the car here.

I couldn't get € 10 off the internet price, surly people thought myself.
