very bad company does not help you and does not honor agreements. work is being performed poorly. I would never let anything be done through this, they can't even speak to you normally.

Dear people, Salland Installation service, You have literally and figuratively left us in the cold! Particularly disappointed by the entire state of affairs. Read on! We have a service contract for our central heating system with you. The problems started on Saturday 9 November. The pressure in the central heating system dropped completely in a few minutes! Sunday morning I went into the crawl space and I was shocked to see that it was a major leak when connected to a pipe of the central heating system. My suspicion was a leaking connection. Contacted Salland Installation Service for this purpose. A service technician came to the site and found that this leakage in the crawl space was not directly connected to the coupling. We now have a new bathroom for about 6 weeks. Hot and cold water from the radiator in the bathroom runs through the same pipe. Service technician has obtained a boroscope to possibly be able to find where the leak really comes from. Unfortunately nothing found! He then indicated that we had better contact the bathroom installer! It was also indicated that there was no room this week in the planning of Salland Installation service to solve our problem. There you are in a cold house without heating and hot water! On Monday I received a peppery bill for the "activities carried out" on Sunday without resolving the problem! The next day an invoice for our service contract! The installer who installed the equipment in the bathroom found on Monday evening that the leakage is between the floor of the ground floor and the crawl space and not in the bathroom! The installer, from the bathroom, returned on Tuesday afternoon to cover the leaking pipe as a temporary solution (10 minutes of work)! Now we have access to hot water and heating in the bedrooms on the first floor. We are now temporarily heating the ground floor with electric heaters. The installer will return on Saturday to solve the leak! What is the point of running a service contract and assistance with malfunctions? Meanwhile a service contact with another party has been closed. Do not want anything more to do with Salland Installation service! Sincerely, A very disappointed ex-customer
