Was invited to come to them through a letter. In the letter a code was given to activate the barrier. When it arrived, it turned out that it was not a good code, the barrier remained in its place. Received a different code via a reception (not that of the Occupational Health and Safety Service). The invitation also contained a time when I was expected. Since they invite me and I do not, I expect people to keep to the time mentioned in the letter. That was not the case. On the table, in the waiting room, there was a stand with a piece of paper. The paper said that if you are there for more than 15 minutes you can call a specific phone number. Done, because we (spouse was with us) were already there for half an hour. To your surprise you get someone on the phone who can understand and speak very, very bad Dutch. Absolutely no advertising for a health and safety service. After I had been busy for a few minutes to understand what the phone-lady was talking about, the person came to pick me up for which I had come. "Something had intervened", a rather easy-to-use excuse, because that can not be checked for the other person. We had been inside for a while and on the way back there was a paper with another code (than in the letter and from the reception) to leave the grounds. I do not think back to this "happening" with much pleasure. Zero stars can not, so only 1 for the (or my) difficulty.

Waiting times are very long by default, even with a first appointment. Keep in mind. However, adequate guidance.
