What a bad impression we have! After an email change, the reservation was complete. A few days later I received an email informing me that the room was not available anyway. There was room, but in a different room and this was much more expensive. Because we did not find this price difference acceptable, we suddenly had to arrange something else for this night. For us, not customer friendly!
