Be careful / avoid this place, they accepted to do warranty work on my Focus and then on the day of the work refused to complete it without payment from us even though they agreed it is a warranty issue....this is effectively fraudulent, but apparently they can get away with this under Ford regulations in NL. A similar problem was fixed last year no problem at Ford in Beverwijk, but unfortunately that place has now closed. Try somewhere else is my advice.....
Your response is an insult- it is a repair to original manufacture defect, I am amazed you have business at all with this type of disgusting attitude - I will be reporting this to Ford franchise management, you leave a sick taste in my mouth.

Finally, in February 2020, the problem of the new car was solved and the service was very pleasant. There was a factory error and the car drives like a charm again. Maybe the first time had to do with the period before Christmas? I'm a satisfied customer now
Very, very, very bad service. Never experienced so bad at a garage
When I bring my car, I expect to get feedback. Tue 17 Dec I checked my mobile all day to see if I got a message, but heard nothing. Had to call a thing first. Likewise with an extra number plate that would be supplied with purchase. Must call first to hear that he is with you. Expect a more proactive attitude. Some empathy won't hurt either, saying it's annoying. After all, you buy a new car because you don't want to have any more problems. When you hear 3 weeks after purchase that a camera already needs to be replaced
, then that is not pleasant. And all in all you have to do without a car for two days and the car still has to be repaired. The loan bike is not really ideal in these busy days. And I think it is also good to use negative criticism for improvements.!
Great service! After a bad buy at another car company, this was super helped by Martijn. Has given me all the time and peace to find what I wanted. Soon arrived at a focus 1.5 from 2015. Everything completed and fast delivery of the car even though it was not necessary at all.
Unfortunately after a few months of pleasure had an accident with the car due to slipperiness. After consultation with Martijn decided to have him towed there for repair. Direct replacement transport arranged and it was certainly not a problem as I will be away from home for at least 5 days to have the car with me for a longer period. Neat loan cars with no flaws. Unfortunately my car could not be repaired and it had to make way for another. Coincidentally, the exact same focus from 2016 had just arrived with 20k km less on the clock. It was no problem to keep the loan car a little longer until this focus was ready for me. Within 2 days the car was ready to be picked up with a major service and new tires.
A super Ford dealer who really takes the time for the customer. Definitely worth a call / visit if you are looking for a car !!
