Bought a used Subaru Forester with warranty from Subaru dealer Luth-Tangenberg in Assen. On the way from Assen to Beverwijk, however, the engine management light started to burn. After having contacted the ANWB technical helpdesk and Autobedrijf Luth-Tangenberg by telephone, I was happy to continue my journey home. Autobedrijf Luth-Tangenberg advised me to visit the local Subaru dealer in Heemskerk, Autobedrijf Niestcar, to have the computer read out there and to have the problem repaired there. The costs for the repair were arranged between Autobedrijf Luth-Tangenberg and Autobedrijf Niestcar. Excellent service from Autobedrijf Niestcar to respond so quickly to this problem, even though the car has not even been sold by them. Despite the fact that it was busy, the computer of the car was read the same day. A phone call from Mark about the outcome of this and it was immediately indicated that the car would be repaired the other morning. Excellent service from both Autobedrijf Niestcar and Autobedrijf Luth-Tangenberg in Assen. TOPPIE!

Garages are never my favorite place. As a woman you quickly feel that you are not taken seriously and the fact that people often act arrogantly (my experience!). This business was like a warm bath. Friendly, clear people who answered all questions seriously. Confident about their product, but not at all arrogant. Heemskerk is quite a drive, but my (just bought from them) Subaru will be maintained by them! Super garage !!
