The lady in the shop knows with one look at my watch why the battery only lasts half its life?!?! It's my watch, of course, not the battery ...
And if I am surprised that I have never been asked at a battery change to have it waterproofed at the watchmaker and now suddenly ... according to several staff members, it is impossible that they have forgotten because it is a strict policy. Even the son of the owner has repeatedly forgotten, but he does not know how to deal with such a point at all. Very defensive staff, not a single concept or gosh ... maybe something goes wrong here.
Not customer friendly at all, while I only expressed my surprise and the expertise has gone a bit to the head here.
Also sometimes walked in with my partner for a nice watch, she immediately received a copy of 1800 euros. I felt very uncomfortable because that was more than 4x my budget.
I'm not coming here anymore!
