What a customer unfriendly, arrogant and grumpy bunch there at that bicycle shop. It is and will remain a separate people. At a funeral, you are probably even more lucky to receive a smile or a friendly greeting.

Complaint summary: Both employees are very customer unfriendly, full of negative energy and commanding. Not aware of the Corona rules. DHL services not performing well. And even showing aggressive behavior towards the customer. Possible criminal or civil violations employees of Uitgeest Bike Shop: • Violation of corona rules to customers • Intimidating behavior • Unlawful appropriation of assets (taking the clearly handed package with verbal explanation after it has come into the possession of the customer). • Physical violence Visit shop 12-1-2021 approximately 15 hours. Pick up a package from the delivery service DHL at the store that acts as a collection point. Not quite literally and partly complete (limit number of characters) but the best possible representation of the two conversation lines: Almost immediately after the arrival of the Client, the employee approaches the Client. Madam (employee): You have to put on a face mask. Customer: No I don't have to. I comply with the exception rule of the emergency law. Madam: You can still take the trouble to put on a face mask.
