My parcel has been put in my garbage container by post.nl for delivery. At home, the package was gone. Logically my containers are on the public road. Post.nl withdraws its hands and announces that more thanks gifts can make a claim if. When I called with more thanks gifts they were shocked that this happened and went with post.nl record. And for me they have made a new package and sent it to a collection point. Very good service. Top.

Christmas package should be delivered within 2-5 days, are now weekeneken further. Nothing gotten. If I send mail where it remains, t is suddenly registered with post.nl. But still NOT sent !!!!! Maybe Christmas package before next Christmas at home ???? Furthermore, you will not receive an answer to your e-mails.

Exchange service is very well arranged. In the morning I made a request to exchange my product i.v. damage. I received a new copy the same day. That is great!

First, my product is DELIVERED MONTHS .. Secondly, I received a different product than the one shown in the photo. I ordered a black marble serving board and I get a gray one that doesn't look like marble at all .. Third, they don't want to make up for it. I must pay for the return costs if I want to return it. Super poor service and customer friendliness.
