Never experienced such a sad organization. A lot is promised and discussed. But bottom line, they go behind your back with another tenant in the sea. Promise to send you a proposal and then happily tell you that the property has been rented out to someone else. As always, the broker is extremely busy and can never be reached by phone. Yes late in the evening once in a while is an app.

Do not rent business premises from this milking company, normal communication is not possible in the event of defects in their premises. Their rents are heavily overpriced, and everything is shifted to the tenant.

What an immensely pathetic organization! ... we do not do business with it any more. We put the fulll asking price on a property and are simply not called back ... ..... make a cake there! .... so go through Diederik as a salaried employee.
