Handed in gold myself to have a ring made around a gem of my deceased mother. I also made a design myself. 2 larger diamonds and 5 small diamonds had to be purchased. However, this was not a problem. It was agreed what the ring would look like. After weeks of waiting and several phone calls and emails I finally got to see the ring and immediately a plastic bag containing 6 small diamonds. According to her, she could not do anything with that and she, without consultation, adjusted my design. No way of doing it. I went with the ring and the bag to a real goldsmith and it turned out that all the diamonds were of different sizes, there were several flaws in the setting, the 2 somewhat larger diamonds were not set far enough down etc. etc. etc. etc. I would like to know for which jewelery madam works because then I will certainly not be there anymore to have something made / adjusted. Simply PRUTSWORK delivered !!
