Thought to walk into the Gall & Gall on the way home. In my enthusiasm I greet the lady who is busy processing the cargo and get a short and concise "hi" back and she starts packing again. "Must be busy in her focus bubble to get the cargo through on time" I think and walk into the store. Because I don't have too much time and knowledge, I still approach her and ask her where I can find the Port. "There ..." she says, pointing to the entire back wall and turning away again to continue with the boxes. I stand there as a layman and have no idea where to look or what to choose and decide to give her the benefit of the doubt and ask her if she can give me advice. Her answer?: "Yes ..... I can go and look it up, but I don't understand it" shrugs once, turns around and continues packing. I thank her for her "help" and "attention" and indicate that I will try elsewhere. "Okay bye", she happily says quickly as she walks into the warehouse. Snapshot or made the wrong career choice? Anyway, I might have had slightly different / too high expectations from a specialty store.

never been so badly helped, moreover not cheaper than other liquor stores.

Too expensive. Offer turned out at checkout only for people with loyalty card (not clearly indicated).

Was neatly packed, only downside is that they had few tickets ...
