damaged items including an antique cupboard + walls / ceilings damaged. when they report this, they hide behind the fine print that it is not reimbursed. company is not service oriented.

Based on our disappointing experience I recommend iMOVE sharply. After an incomplete relocation, which showed that the company fails to comply with agreements, no response has been given for 2 months to our complaints and claim notification. I only give the star for the kindness and goodwill of the moving men themselves.
