WARNING - stay away from this company!! Especially females & expats! 1. Aside from the incompetent services (which they actually outsourced to an inexperienced third party without my knowledge or consent) I've never been spoken to so disrespectfully and rudely - especially as a woman. And the discrimination for being an expat was frankly unbelievable. 2. I engaged this company for their supposed experience in the netherlands, particularly house moves in Amsterdam (4th floor). The people that turned up were inexperienced and unprofessional - which was later confirmed when I called the company to file a complaint and learnt the movers that had helped me were third party contractors hired due to the ‘busy period’. In summary: -Late -Careless with fragile items and no regards for my personal property -Taking 20min cigarette breaks (When services are paid per hour). -The drive of 3km from my old address to the new one took one hour without any explanation provided for the delay. -Charged additional amounts "lifting fees" for furniture to be carried upstairs - told this could only be paid in cash. -Damaged stairwell and walls in the flat 3. I lodged a complaint the day of the move about the service and damage that was done to the interior or my house by the carelessness of the movers. Also to complain about the fees being nearly double my estimate! Took a week to get a response. They sent someone ‘from the office’ to fix the damage. Turned up an hour late. It’s now been 6 weeks and have never heard back - so the damage was never fixed. I was never even given an apology! But mainly - I want to warn others - if you want to be treated with no respect, verbally abused and spoken to like you are stupid - choose these guys. I wanted to hire experienced movers - I wish I had stuck with the student movers who were 10 times as good...!!

Professional and fast! It is not the canals but still went to Almere because of good accessibility. Movers are good. Everything remained intact and was fast. Thank you guys

This moving company does a very good job and is also affordable. Can recommend it to everyone. Especially when you only want to move the heavy parts!
