A friendly salesman who enthusiastically put together our dream bathroom (and toilet downstairs) with us. Although the company has not been around very long and no reviews can be found on Google, we have nevertheless taken a leap of faith. The seller knew a good installer 'really a professional who works very accurately. It may take a little longer max. 5 weeks, but then you have something! Anyway, signature put and March 9, 2020 the renovation started. The seller said: everything goes through me. I keep an eye on things. After four weeks, the bathroom was still a construction site. The installer worked at most 6 hours a day and made almost no progress. Not heard from the seller. So we call. The seller promised us that he would talk to the installer and that it would be ready really quickly. According to the seller, an extra pair of hands was not necessary. "He will be committed to 200%. Would only last a few more days. " Due to setbacks: installer had forgotten where the extraction would be, so that the ceiling could not be placed on the designated date, a tile had subsided so much that it had to be put back, sealant was below par and had to be redone, etc .: left the installer after more than 10 weeks! the property. The neighbors regularly joked about the extremely long renovation. They wanted to know which company this was. Didn't seem more than social to us to warn others about this company. If everything goes smoothly I can imagine that people are satisfied, but if you are not happy, then you really cannot count on them! And the seller: he did not speak of his own accord. Everything had to come from us. We really didn't sit in the first rank for a dime and we were told beforehand that we had nothing to worry about. In the final interview we proposed to give us a discount. The salesman's boss thought that was ridiculous. "You didn't suffer any damage, did you?" Yes, then you are done quickly ... Fortunately, the seller was more reasonable and eventually got a small discount after a lot of tugging with the owner. Summary: Nice seller and excellent service, until the renovation starts. Then you don't hear from them anymore, you have to make do with empty promises and at the end of the song you are treated extremely rude by the boss of the company.
